Mumbai-headquartered Tier-1 bearings major NRB Bearings, which is an end-to-end friction solutions provider by virtue of its in-house design, development, and manufacturing capabilities, values openness and a zeal to learn as key traits in the talent it recruits.
According to Harshbeena Zaveri, Vice Chairman and MD, NRB Bearings, “We are a very inclusive and unstratified company, which is extremely diverse and non-heirarchial. We are more interested in recruiting people who love failing and not repeating the mistake.”
