
Tata Motors have launched the 2025 Altroz at an introductory starting price of Rs. 6.89 lakh (ex-showroom). The 2025 Altroz offers several design changes as well feature additions over its predecessor. The new Altroz facelift rivals other B2-segment hatchbacks such as the Maruti Suzuki Baleno, Hyundai i20 and the Toyota Glanza.

1. Sub-Woofer
Hyundai offer the i20 with a 7-speaker Bose audio system that comprises 4 speakers, 2 tweeters and a sub-woofer. This feature is available from the Sportz (O) variant onwards. The Tata Altroz, on the other hand, offers an 8-speaker audio system, which includes 4 speaker and 4 tweeters.
2. Tilt And Telescopic Steering Wheel
Hyundai offer tilt and telescopic steering wheel on all variants of the i20, while Tata only offers tilt adjustability. Telescopic steering comes in handy to find the perfect driving position, especially for shorter drivers.

3. Wireless Android Auto And Apple CarPlay
The Hyundai i20 offers wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay in the Magna Executive, Magna, Sportz, Sportz (O) and Asta variants. The Tata Altroz only offers a wired connection for both Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. However, both cars offer a wireless charger in their top trims.
Apart from the above-mentioned features, the 2025 Altroz offers multiple engine options, including diesel and CNG, which are not available in the i20. The Altroz also offers multiple transmission options – 5MT, 5AMT, 6DCT – for its petrol engine, while the i20 offers 5MT and CVT only.
